"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. One minor caveat is that the rooms can get a bit warm during certain times of the day due to the sun reflecting off the many large glass windows."

"Staff were lovely and it was a nice stay. However there was a door at the other side of our room, which led to a hallway we don’t have access to. This felt a little unsafe. I think it was a hallway for staff, but there was also a small hatch in the cupboard where you could view the entire hallway. This means someone’s could try and get in to the room through the cupboard. My suggestion is a lock on the room side of these hatches and on the door. I could not sleep because of this."

"While very trendy and new…our first room was very cold and they had to move us…after verifying that the room was, in fact, cold…really! …apparently, the temperature is somehow controlled remotely…the next morning we didn’t have any water…it took them about an hour to get it fixed…although we were sorely inconvenienced, the staff was very nice and polite…we missed breakfast and it was part of my package…"
