"Super bel endroit avec la famille et les enfants. Expérience authentique si vous aimez ce côté du Vietnam"

"Love this place. Perfect location for ninh binh trip."

"The stay here was very pleasant, and staff were friendly. It is quite far from the main town area of Ninh Binh, meaning you need to get food delivered or grab it to the hotel. There is free bicycle hire, which made getting into town easier."

"Alex the owner is amazing, beautiful rooms, bikes for hire at a cheap cost, great chef, nice pool - what else can I say!"

"The views are incredible and so are the staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. They provided free bikes so we were able to ride around the local area which was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon after doing the boat tour. There’s tons of bars and restaurants a few minutes down the road. The town proper was a bit of a bike ride but definitely manageable and the ride itself is beautiful so no complaints about that. The boat tour is about a 13-15...

The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

"Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields."

"Nice little place to stay in Ninh Binh. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean globally. Very good local food if you want to eat there"

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we...

"Near the Hoa Lu ancient town; friendly staff and cleanliness room"

"We received wonderful hospitality from our hosts at Lys Homestay. We had delicious and filling breakfasts, and free bottled water daily. The host helped arrange our transportation to our next city of stay. Location is quite central close to many food options."
