Room was fantast. Ship was fantastic, food great. Above all the attentiveness of the staff stood out especially pur butler Tommy and guide Summer, both went above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable.

Room was clean and well maintained. I was on the top floor with a balcony which was great. Cleaning staff were very slow to come makeup the room though, some days didn’t come at all. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was good and came with the room.

5 star experience. You absolutely have to stay at this hotel. The service, amenities and overall experience was amazing. The staff were respectful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This property was clean and well run. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety of different foods. The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient as it's right down the road from the Bai Dinh Pagoda. I'd happily stay with them again on my next trip to Ninh ...
