"This was our second stay and while the hotel and location are beautiful, there are some aspects which aren't fantastic. The price of food and drinks at the hotel restaurants and bars are extortionate. As a result, we tend to go into the neighbouring town for meals. We also found the room cleaning to be quite poor. "The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were nice. Everything except the air conditioning in our room was nice. The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. "

If you want to swim in the sea the beach is part of the hotel and sheltered and clean with all the facilities close at hand - they give you a device to call for service so if you are feeling really lazy you don’t need to get off your sun lounger! The spa is excellent too. "

"This hotel is beautifully located on the shores of the water. There is a wonderful dining terrace that overlooks the pool and the beach. The breakfast is included and has a great selection of food.
