9/10 Wonderful! (439 reviews)
First of all, the staff is very attentive and friendly! But the design of my room was bad. The shower place is next to the toilet and i also slip and fall due to the floor being slippery and there were space wasted in the room. The roof amenities were not useful. The large jacuzzi were hardly used. Breakfast was plentiful but not over doing. Overall, was an above average experiences.

8.4/10 Very good! (331 reviews)
Fantastic location, within walking distance to so many attractions, room was very well appointed and lovely and clean
The staff were very friendly and welcoming
Unfortunately the breakfast was basic with no daily changes but did the job, same as the pool area, the online photos are very different from reality and this area could be so much better with a few adjustments
If you want a great location with a good room this would be a great option for a decent price

Although some of the hotel's facilities are not available (such as: Spa, rooftop bar, etc..) we still had a great pleasant stay. Staffs are very polite and extremely helpful, specially staffs at hotel ..."
