"Tres bon sejour de 2 nuits à quatre personnes dans cet appartement. La procedure d'entree et de sortie est tres facile grace a une très bonne communication a distance de l'hote. "We had a wonderful 12 days in residence 1, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with kitchenette. The view from the balcony was absolutely fabulous! It was a joy to sit out and look over Isola Bella beach!
The grounds are beautiful and lush with well maintained gardens and the pool area was perfect! There were plenty of umbrellas and chairs and it was never too busy so was quiet and relaxing, also a gorgeous seaview.

"Lovely location to get the train to and from. Walking distance to a lot of nice bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and very helpful. You can use the washing machine which was helpful for we travelled hand luggage only. Apartment was large and had everything you needed, even a friendly cat that would visit the garden! Lovely beach to chill on. "

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. And we got great service from the receptionists during the say, including a referral to a great tour of the volcano—and a reservation at the private beach club just down the street (where we passed the day between our morning check-out and the late-day shuttle to the airport). "When you first walk in, it’s very lovely. The staff is excellent. The area with the beautiful pool overlooking the water the very nice private beach and the facilities are top notch and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. They make you omelettes and pancakes, which is very unusual for an Italian hotel. Only a couple of negatives, which was the parking that’s not on the hotel premises, but you have to walk about 100 m outside the hotel and the soundproofing of the room. You can hear the people in the hallway outside of your room talking, which makes me think they can also hear us inside our room. Overall, though I would rate this as definitely a hotel that will not disappoint. And I will definitely return back."

"Great location for a trip to eastern Sicily to visit Taormina, Giardini Naxos and even further afield to Etna, Catania and Siracusa without crowds and too much noise. Very easy to find and walking distance to beach, shops, cafes, bakery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Kind service and welcoming with access to washer, kitchenette, full bathroom and balcony. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and easy."

"Overall a great stay for the price. Saying it’s a 4 star hotel is a bit of a stretch. There was a tiny hole in the ceiling and water damage on some of the floor but the balcony with a view was great. The beach is fantastic and the breakfast is great. Everything gets charged to your room onsite so lunch, dinner, drinks, snacks which is really nice."
