The rooms were perfect and the pool and restaurants amazing. "We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."

"Beautiful property, not far by car from Pompeii and Herculaneum. It was a perfect stay with incredibly friendly staff and a great room. Breakfast had lots of choices including hot options. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen.

But what really made this hotel stand out to me was the staff. Carlo and Mario were absolutely incredible and accommodating. They helped us organize transportation to and from Naples for our travel, helped get us to and from the Vico Equense train station, and even thought to pack us a breakfast to go when we had an early morning. They went above and beyond and made leaving extra difficult! Would absolutely stay again, cannot recommend enough!"
