"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"While we enjoyed our stay the room could've been cleaner. Windows haven't been cleaned in some time and very dusty on the inside ledges. AC unit rattled so loud I had to turn it off at 3 a.m. Other then that the staff was great and the rest of the hotel looked like it was kept clean"
