The staff was extremely friendly and courteous always happy with a smile on their faces. I absolutely loved the room. It was clean beyond any expectation. I had everything sparkled and smelled new. No carpet on the floors certainly was a pleasant surprise and very welcome. The sheets were amazingly soft, very high-end All in all I’m sold on Tru. I will be looking for our future travel stays to be booked in their establishments. Great job Hilton!"

"Everything was great. Suited for the needs i had. Staff was great, room was clean, and i really enjoyed the hot tub. The only complaint I have was the safe in the room didn't work but i think it just needed new batteries. It wasnt even important enough to report to the staff. I am very happy with the room and the hotel in general. "
