"It started seemingly well, smelled clean, brightly lit. The clerk was a little "too helpful". Asked about the TV in our room and proceeded to try and just walk in the room. Then what appeared to be a clean room was hardly that. Dropped a shirt in the bathroom and picked it up to find what looked like blood all over it now. Pulled the sheets back to find A LOT OF PUBIC HAIR. Had it not been 2 am when we arrived, I would've demanded a refund and spent my money elsewhere."

"I stayed here on Friday, May 22-23, 2026, and I woke up Saturday morning with large red bumps on my neck and arms. I reported it to the front desk attendant and she let me change rooms. The following morning, I woke up around 5:30 AM, with more large red bumps. I immediately went down to the front office, showed the attendant my arms annd neck and informed him that they have a bedbug and black ants problem due to me killing two black ants the first night before I went to bed, and I immediately asked for a refund. He informed me that he didn’t even like working there. I said wow, and asked for the managers card so that I can give her a call when I get home. He said that she did not have a card but he was notating everything and she will call me. I called and spoke with the manager (Ms. Claudia) the following evening who said that she will refund me and she was very apologetic. However, today is 5/27/2026, and the fund has not been returned and I will be filing a claim."

"This Super 8 is a good value. An older property, major maintenance has suffered--for instance, my bathroom sink was cracked and the shower fixtures were badly worn. But it was basically clean with a good bed, enough towels and pillows, microwave and fridge, coffee in the lobby, and convenient location."
