Service was impecable and the place nothing short of amazing. My hiking boots broke, they noticed and Sam offered to fixed them and they were line new. Oscar at the bar is a class act.

This is an absolutely beautiful, serene place to stay, you are fully immersed in nature. The lodges are so comfortable and stylish, we slept so well. The food was absolutely delicious. Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend .

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel
