Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

I had a truly pleasant stay at this resort. The ambience was relaxing and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The surroundings were stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful getaway.
