Room wasn’t clean and when issues were brought up to front desk they hardly corrected it. Someone else’s shower puffs were left hanging on the inside of the shower curtain and when I stepped in they were visible. I asked them to remove them and clean the shower which they removed them but the soap box that was on the floor when I left the shower was still there when I came back along with the hair in the drain so I know they didn’t clean it even after I brought up a concern. there were little kid handprints in a sticky substance all over the mirror, which I told them about, and those remained after they came in as well. Not a big deal but evident not cleaned. There were no washcloths in the room or trash bags. When they corrected it, that was all they did was bring wash cloths and trash bags. No daily room service the beds were not even made. The dirty towels were not even picked up. The corners of the bathroom had thick layers of dust and cobwebs in them. I’m not a snob and have stayed in cheaper places than this, but this is definitely not up to the quality standard that I would expect from this chain. And the resolution of the matter was so half done they might as well not even have done it.

Nice property, recently remodeled. Has a new smell, no smoke or weed smells, because that happens elsewhere. There's always someone at the front and willing to help. Better than normal breakfast & coffee. Yum

On an extremely busy weekend the room we got was not ready for guests, with every amenity missing no fridge, no microwave, and a tv that did not work, a lamp with no bulb and a non smoking room that smelled more like smoke than I have ever experienced.

This is probably one of the worst or not the worst place I have ever stayed. We were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed here has there weren't many options when we reserved our hotel. It started out as the front desk staff was disorganized, children behind the desk while staff are working, no remote to our tv and told they may not have one. We finally got a remote to our television than found our bathroom door didnt close, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and didnt get cool plus the floors throughout the hotel werent very clean. I made sure my kids didnt put anything on the floors cause I was concerned about what could be on them. Not to mention the beds are awful and you cant even call their pillows really pillows I used my sweatshirt to get any type of support under my head. The last day we were there a lady brought a bug to the front desk and said this was in my sons stuff and the staff said ok like it was not a big deal. I was completely appalled and this was not worth the amount of money I paid to stay here.

Upon checking, we were informed that there were no king sized beds available, so we ended up with a queen sized bed, making it hard for my 6’6” husband to sleep. Once in our room, we learned it was missing the refrigerator, microwave, and TV remote. The front desk staff was nice, however.

We really like the reasonable price. However every hotel/motel should have a vertical safety bar beside the bathtub to assist in getting in and out. Also, please plug in the coffee pot and clock if the plug in is way down by the floor. They are difficult to reach. We will come back.

Very disappointed.
I've always liked staying at Wyndym properties. Now I'll be more cautious. The desk clerk charged my card (required card on file)for a duplicate room charge after I had already paid through Hotels.com. The flooring didn’t look clean. The showerhead would stay in a fixed position. The air conditioner was so loud I had to turn off to sleep. The bedding had a strong chemical smell which burned my eyes and irritated my nose. I could barely sleep.

We weren’t expecting a 5 star resort, but we wanted to lay out head down somewhere clean. The first time room we checked into was dirty. The toilet didn’t flush and the shower looked like it went through a war zone and lost. The second room we were “upgraded” to was a little cleaner, the shower looked better and the toilet worked. The bedding in this new room was filled with stains and people’s hair. We left after that. Working on getting a refund now. Idk how it got 7.4 rating. So gross!

I tried to check in at 5 PM when I arrived; no one was at the front desk and there was a sign saying "helping a customer, be right back". I waited for 10 minutes and decided to go an get something to eat. When I returned after dinner the front desk clerk was unapologetic about the lapse in service and checked me into a mediocre room at best. It was very hot and the air conditioner in the room didn't work properly and the refrigerator had a knocking sound. The room was not very clean and the entire property is an older building badly in need of renovation. I was very disappointed with my stay and will not stay again.

Said there was no pet fee but upon check in we were informed we had to pay pet fee. Front desk person was rude and just kept saying there was nothing that could be done. Expedia support said they sent my complaint to another department but I was never contacted about it. Big wads of hair found on floor inside room. Mold around shower. Breakfast was slim pickings and the potatoes were raw. Won’t stay there again!

Wow, just wow.....
I am a pretty understanding traveler but this was an eye opener. I checked in at 3:08pm, right when you can check in and they had NO rooms available with a working TV. The fridge in the room did not work, the A/C made noise-but never cooled the room. The toilet had a a little puddle around it on the floor where it leaked. The hallway had muddy footprints up and down it. My favorite part was opening up the in-room coffee maker to find a moldy old coffee pod. When my son lost his ear pod between the pillow and the mattress we found old "items" from past guests, I am still gagging.

Odd stay--Expedia advertises dogs stay free but the dog was $20. Sent to room which wasn't made up. Went to reception then sent to another room not made up. Short staffed. Receptionist was very apologetic. Finally got into a room after staff was called in and it was very nice incliuding microwave and fridge (which didn't work).

I understand that it's difficult to keep parking and pet policy details up-to-date, so it wasn't surprising that we were charged $20/cat upon arrival even though the listing indicates "Pets stay free (2 per room)", but it was a disappointment and I'm not sure I would've booked here knowing that the total cost was over 40% more than expected.
