Great experience. Good location. Beautiful view from the 30th floor. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Extraordinary breakfast buffet included with stay. A bit of a walk to several subway stations. Would book again in the future.

Clean room, close to Times Square. Staff upon arrival wasn’t very friendly. Acted like it was a problem to check in early, even tho we were paying the extra $50 to do so. Very nice tho when I needed an extra blanket. Not really a restaurant here, only a bar. And a resort fee is added once you get to the hotel.

Conveniently located. My only issue was the radiator was loud. Didn't even know thats how they heated the units. We will look i to that more next time.
