"No thanks to Expedia, our stay was great. Expedia dropped the ball AGAIN and booked us rooms that weren’t available. We got notified the day of arrival that our room was cancelled. I called the property and they found a way to fit us in but told us that they had notified Expedia over a month ago that half of the property rooms were unavailable, which Expedia never updated on their website. Thankfully, the staff at The New Hotchatown Lodge were amazing and super helpful and everything worked out....
