I had a ok stay, the price was decent and I would stay again if nothing else was available in that price range. Some of the staff was friendly, some not so much. The room was ok, breakfast in the restaurant was good.

Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast the first morning was a little disappointing but the second morning it was much better. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa
