"Great location near to the port. Room was nice with comfortable bed. Great breakfast with huge selection to choose from. Have stayed here a few times now when we have visited Stromboli and will continue to do so."

"the service was great , staff so friendly and helpfull , i had a huge room wth an amazing terrace with an even better view , breakfast is ok , great for people who love bread jejeje but thats about it and a good coffee , my room was close to the one Street so i could hear the motorcycles couples of times while i was sleeping but didnt bother me too much cause overall i was very hapy with my stay Muy buen hotel , limpio suoer servicial y amigable , el desayuno es básicamente una canasta...

"I loved the actual hotel and the rooms and overall property is fantastic! The only complaint I had was the service at the bar/restaurant aren't the best. They only had 1 person who could speak English and the staff seemed generally a little unfriendly. We made jokes "this is the time of the night where we get yelled at by the staff". They always seemed like we were bothering them to ask a drink etc. I think if you are Italian you get better service. That said, overall the stay was a joy! "

"Loved our stay. Excellent breakfast, the pool and grounds are stunning. A staff picked us up at the ferry in golf cart early in the morning which was terrific. Would definitely go back and stay here. "

"Our room - a double seaview - was musty and smelled like it hadn't been aired out in years. We were particularly aware of the unpleasant odour in the small, dated bathroom. While there was a view, the window was small and you had to stand directly in front of it to look out. The photos on the website also show a lovely pool. The pool we saw was covered in a filthy tarp and clearly hadn't been used in some time. Additionally, staff were singularly unhelpful and the desk was left unattended after 10 p.m. Lastly - and this is a minor point but so revealing of the ethos of this place - we were guided to our room at night and told we couldn't drink the water. No bottled water was provided and the restaurant (under separate management) was closed for the evening. We were instructed to purchase our own water the following day. When spending $185 Canadian a night, I think it's reasonable to expect a $1 bottle of water can be provided by the hotel. This hotel has clearly seen better days and I would not recommend it. "

Enjoyed the stay

"I enjoyed the stay, the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I think the 10 euros for the ride from the port to the hotel was a bit much since it’s a 5 minute drive but it’s needed if you have a big suitcase. Breakfast was very good and the view was great."

"Lucia and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. Perfect location for the ferry - a 2-minute walk to the hotel. We liked the breakfast and the view of the Volcano from the terrace. You could see the red glow Very convenient location."
