Hotels with Balcony in Gippsland

Now I know why this property has got an exceptionally high rating! Well-deserved! It was what all the reviews mentioned - cozy, clean, not just inside but the surrounding. Met Jeff, the personable owner who’d waited for my family of 5 as we had a late check-in. It was such a bonus to have the nice sourdough bread for breakfast w tea/coffee. Definitely worth the effort to be here for a relaxing stay.

We booked this place last minute after a long long drive to Phillip Island to rest after we watched the Penguin Parade and this place is located just a 8 min drive away, very near the main road yet very quiet. Best of all, the room was so tastefully decorated and had a very comfortable bed, we were thrilled to have it for a nice recharge. Would be even better for a longer stay as it had amenities such as dishwasher, microwave and a small pantry. Highly recommended!

We were on our 3 days road trip from Sydney to Melbourne via coastal drive and Lakes Entrance was an ideal second stop. Coastal Waters Motor Inn is within minutes to the community center and main beach walk. I was worried that the convenience of the property next to Princes Highway could bring in road noise. Turned out it is well arranged with the solid walls and we had a very good sleep. We also like their long kitchen table top / workbench and plenty of wall sockets along the bench. TV is...

Excellent stay with gracious hosts attending to us. A gem in Bairnsdale!

It was a cozy motel and the room was big and in very clean and tidy condition! Both David and Kim are such a good host and they pride themselves to meet their service standard. Couldn't be happier staying at this motel for business purposes, it's walking distance to Inverloch town and I would definitely go back for another stay on my next trip :)

Property grounds were big with multiplie playgrounds for my family including my 3 children. Room and beds were spacious too.

amazing staff at the check in, nice room that is extremely spacious and clean
