High-spec central apartment

High-spec, spacious apartment in very convenient location for train station and main attractions. Local agent was extremely helpful before and at check-in.

Muy buena ubicación pero cobra por limpiar 20€/día

Está en pleno centro, así que en 5 minutos te plantas en los monumentos importantes. Ese es el punto más positivo. Aunque la escalera esté bastante abandonada y los espacios sean minúsculos, como el ascensor, huele todo muy bien porque hay ambientadores en cada esquina, igual que en el piso. Ana, la chica que nos alquiló, fue muy simpática. Vino el primer día a darnos las llaves, nos explicó un poco todo lo del piso, nos dio un plano con lo más importante para ver, nos recomendó un sitio para comer... En cuanto a lo negativo, nosotros no nos dimos cuenta de llevar servilletas porque creíamos que allí iba a haber pero no tenían, así que el primer día tuvimos que usar papel higiénico. Además, el sofá-cama es bastante pequeño. Yo no soy muy alta y he dormido en diagonal para evitar tener las piernas casi colgando, jaja. Lo que nos pareció fatal fue el cobro de 20€ por limpieza por cada día, o sea un total de 40 € ¿por hacer qué? Si es por pasar una escoba y fregar el suelo si hace falta, lo hago yo, porque vaya ¡timo! Nosotros no vimos a la chica ni a nadie pasar a barrer ni fregar. La cama no la hicimos y cuando volvimos seguía igual, así que... Y fregar los platos lo hicimos nosotros, así que 40 € para ellos.
