"The hotel is right across the train station which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the operations manager. The hotel is really in need of remodeling almost everywhere. The elevator and the carpet in the corridors are so dirty and old. Breakfast was good and offered variety of items. Overall the hotel is good with a tendency to just ok."

"Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel was so close to the rail station. The room was spotless and I had been given an upgrade with a bottle of wine. Everyone was so helpful, apart from one unhelpful bar person who would not allow me to drink my free bottle of wine in the bar area. The breakfast was acceptable but a little overpriced. The 2 night stay all in all was pleasant."

L'insonorisation de notre chambre (donnant sur Villeneuve) était franchement déficiente (bruit de musique et chants venant des terrasses à l'arrière jusqu'à 2 heures du matin). Personnel irréprochable."
