"This is my second time staying in the Emerald. Large space as always！Friendly staff as always! One thing to mention, I have left my SM Pad in the room! The friendly staff called me and told me how to arrange a return bag to collect the Pad! The hotel kept my pad safe for a few days until I completed my trip to arrange for the return bag to collect it! Much appreciated! "
