"First time in 20 years having trouble with management. Said there was no different room inside the building for access to pool then my niece calls and gets a room inside. My mom is a handicapped elder and it took a few days to get her moved into a handicapped room inside the building. She was there for medical reasons but was there a couple days early and had a low rate. Manager changed her rate to $135 which is higher because she heard it was for medical reasons. We were shocked and then were told we can’t back track and give you back that lower rate for those two days. So rude. "

"Harpreet was amazing at check in. After a long day of travelling and road closures I booked a hotel for the night. Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated! "
