"We had a two night stay and found the room very comfortable. The facility was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't much and would have been nice to have toast/bagels, but we made do with the instant oatmeal, juice and granola bar. We would definitely stay there again."
Waterfront on Glacier

"Stayed at The Waterfront for a conference in June. The staff were LOVELY - very upbeat, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite pretty and the beds are comfortable. The floor of my room had some stray dirt and wrappers, likely just missed during house cleaning (everything else, including the sheets and bathroom, was very clean), which is what led to the 3/5 star cleanliness rating. Parking is super easy, it’s just out front. The hotel was undergoing some construction when I stayed there, but it was never a bother. There was however some road noise, as the major road through Juneau passes right next to the hotel. It probably wouldn’t have been an issue if I was on the other side of the hotel though (and I would have missed out on beautiful sunset views of the harbor). The gym is pretty basic, just some free weights and a couple of machines, but if you’re in Juneau for outdoor stuff it shouldn’t matter much."
