Easy to directly reach pleasant staff by phone. Nicely remodeled. Very nice sections/enteances between areas of rooms for extra quiet, but all on one floor. No elevators or stairs to drag bags up and down. No fuss experience. Great for my work trip.

The river house was perfect for a sisters weekend spacious and comfy and we used the gas fireplace everynight. Great stay. Bonus shower gel.shampoo and conditioner smell great.

Clean room comfy bed and every single person who was working that we encountered was so incredibly nice! Even my 7 year old son commented on how nice everyone was! Kids loved the pool in the shape of MI!

It was a cute place to stay after a long day of Jeeping. The only downfall was there is no breakfast served, however there is a very nice local restaurant just down the road that was VERY good. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable enough for a quick stay. Cleanliness was average, dust in corners, finger prints on some surfaces, but nothing gross or revolting.

Good hotel
Overall, the stay was good and we would stay again. The girl at the desk in the evening Friday night and Saturday night as well as Sunday morning was super nice and friendly. She even made me coffee Friday night. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is bc the pool towels are so tiny and the pool could’ve been a little warmer. The kids did enjoy the pool though.

Pretty good
We rented a few rooms for a wedding, 2 of the rooms were very clean the other room we found an earring on the bathroom floor and then a cereal bar wrapper by the far bed.

For starters walls are paper thin, and you can literally hear everyone partying. Won’t sleep well here. Smell of heavy smoke is coming into the room from the rooms next door. It’s absolutely horrible. It’s close to 1am now and have not been able to sleep. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for relaxation, peace or just a getaway. Not worth the money.

We have someone on property at all times to take care of any issues of guests being too loud, smoking in undesignated areas, etc. When checking in and in each room we do have a number to call so that we have an opportunity to take care of any issues or needs during your visit. A very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. Not a lot of amenities, but worked for us!! Nice sized refrigerator in the room. Everything was clean. Cool Michigan shaped pool. No microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby. Bar in the lobby for drinks, but no breakfast. We would definitely go back if in the area.

Good place to stay for overnight.
Wish they offered breakfast or had the bar open. Everyone was extremely nice although I was giving keys to a room that was already occupied and accidentally walked into someones room who was taking a shower. It was a honest mistake and they did fix it but was not offered anything do to the error.
