Hot-el-Apartments, Glasgow hotels

Excellent service from all hotel staff. Very nice rooms and ambient.

Overall a pleasant stay.the bed comfort and quality of the room was high. One small niggle was that the bathroom was very cold, and the heating grill was not working. We reported to reception on our first night but nothing was done. Housekeeping was ok, although toiletries were not replenished and we had to ask for additional toiletries. Staff were a little aloof and cold, without a smile or a greeting when we came or left. Overall a decent product, if not the best.

Great stay

Such a great location, right smack in between the bus station to the north and central train station to the south. Lovely comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs improvement though, and the toiletries too.

Check-in time is at 3pm. I reached there around 10am , just wanted to drop off my bags and check-in at 3pm. The staff is so nice, he checked the system and told me that the room is ready to check-in. When i went into the room, out to my shock, its so super clean. I would recommend to stay there and will go back again. Thumbs up.

The hotel is fairly new and is still in the process of renovating during my stay. It is clean and safe. But there is not much amenities in the surrounding. But if you are using the exhibition center than it is within 2-3 mins walking distance. Public transport is within walking distance to scot rail.

In short, i have all praises and no complain. Big, clean room. Enjoy the breakfast; it has a omelette station:]. A nice gym that has boxing bags. Fast charge in and out. Friendly staff. Excellent location; Near to the two main train stations, grocery and the shops.
