"I appreciate the sit up bed. The room overall was a bit cold feeling, with blue white light lamps used so maybe not my style. The lights would automatically just switch off after a while, and you would have to move for it to switch back on again. It was very cumbersome to ask my partner to get up from bed so that I could continue my shower not in a dark barhroom! I understand we have gotten a wheelchair accessible room, so the toilet seat was high and sink was quite low- but why there was so shelves in the bathroom? Also lack of toilet seat cover is a bit gross."

"Friendly & helpful staff. Clean room & comfortable bed. Bathroom a bit on the small side but clean & well equipped. Ideal location for seeing a gig at the hydro. Parking is in the hydro car park right behind the hotel-make sure you take your parking ticket to Moxy reception to stamp before leaving and the parking is half price (£12 for 24hrs)."

"we enjoyed the bar, especially Tom the bartender the nights we were there. he was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home. The room was nice and quiet, although a little small. The reception staff was always helpful and nice."

"Check in staff were very helpful and the hotel was lovely and clean with a great shower and in an ideal location. The only negative was breakfast which was chaotic, not enough tables, running out of food items very quickly and probably because they were short staffed staff were quite rude. Would stay again but wouldn’t have breakfast."
