The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning. Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very clunky - when the property was run by Sonder it was 100% better. In fact thats the case for everything, never had any issues until VCity took over and I've stayed there a few times.
