We had dinner and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant and the food and service was great. We would definitely book here again."

The room was spacious and elegant, the restaurant was great and our host (the hotel owner, very hands-on) made the stay very special and indeed joyful. He had a flair for conversation, humor and makes one feel like a long-lost friend. Don't miss his 600pm Prosecco hour - it was a great way to end a day. Truly a "must stay" recommendation!"

Slighty longer, 25 mins to Westport Quay which is a lovely spot. Walked back via the Greenway footpath that brought us right by the Lodge. Accommodation was clean and spacious - just what we needed."
