"In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay. "

"Omg what a first night we had! We had to change rooms 3 times and we were there on a two night stay. First room the toilet didn’t flush so they changed out room. The second room the couch was sunk in, the room was not clean, the bed had no sheets or pillows with cases. It was a nightmare. We don’t even unpack our things. Front seat said they had no more rooms and that they can give us a plunger or new sheets that we can put on the bed ourselves. The next morning we spoke with the front desk manager and she didn’t really care but she did change our room to a clean working toilet room. We didn’t receive any accommodations but we will not be returning. Oh and the hallway in building A doesn’t smell pleasant. This hotel gives motel!"

"When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. I called at least 12 time. No one answered the phone at the hotel. A shuttle from another hotel picked me up and brought me to the hotel. When I arrived the girl at the front kinda looked at the phone and started to say, we don’t usually answer, but caught her self. Come to find out they have another number to call if you need the shuttle. Would be nice if that was included in the email sent confirming my reservation. The only saving grace was Lawerence who took me to dinner and the driver who took me to the airport in the morning. "
