"The owner is very kind and the check in process is smart; you follow him up the hill to your cottage so no confusion as to where to park and stuff. The location and view is STUNNING, 10/10. I found the cottage itself and the amenities a bit basic and outdated. If you take only the cottage in consideration (without the view), I wouldn't pay what I paid to stay there. The king size bed in the very small bedroom feels claustrophobic. Also wasn't aware that they would come to change the towels and empty the bins as I was only staying for 2 nights (+solo traveler), I would have def opted out. Note that there are no racks to hang beach towels or swimsuits. Roku tv is a plus. I would stay again but def for a lower price."

"We loved the location only ten minutes to Inverness beach. The grounds of property were very quaint with beautiful planters stream and forest. We stayed two nights but had to change rooms as we stayed on second floor room 5 in first building which we found very loud at night with exterior doors banging and some other nuisance noise in early morning hours. We changed rooms to second building and were much happier with little deck outside."

"The property looks worn from the outside like many motels/inns but the inside was spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, spacious, the air conditioner/heater worked well, ample parking. The lady at the office was pleasant and very accommodating when I asked both nights for ice. Iโ€™d recommend and wouldnโ€™t hesitate staying here again."
