"Loved our stay. Front desk staff reassured us arriving in the middle of the night was fine. We were greeted promptly and kindly guided to the perfect room for our needs. Glendale Vagabond is a small quaint hotel with the perfect amount of parking. Our room was clean with comfortable beds, plenty of fresh linens, pillows and no perfumey air fresheners. The mini fridge, microwave and safe were nice to have. Although we didn’t get to use the swimming pool due to the cooler weather, it looked crystal clear and inviting. We felt safe and enjoyed the Americana Mall with its restaurants and shops right across the street. It was such a nice and pleasant area. We will be back."

"Our sheets unfortunately were incredibly stained when we arrived. They cover the duvet with two sheets, the duvet and bed cover had what looked like blood stains. You get what you pay for, I guess. I wish we had the same experience as other guests that said it was clean. We also paid for parking and could not park because they oversold the parking lot. It’s a virtual check in and they were not there for the hours that we needed them. We asked for clean sheets and they said they would get someone there. They did not come. The next day they said their house keeping was booked and could not come. Then said they made arrangements for it to be cleaned which possibly meant others did not get their room cleaned. I would not stay here again, it honestly ruined most of our stay but again you get what you pay for. This review is for those looking to book, maybe just look around for a little longer before here. It was a big head ache."
