"Lovely location. Ground floor Queen room extremely small - no room for luggage as the bed took up almost the whole room. Bathroom only suitable for one person at a time. Overlooked the buggy garage so had to keep the blind closed. Would definitely request and pay for a larger room if we ever stayed again. Staff were friendly though and the terrace for meals overlooking the golf course was beautiful. "
"Wonderful staff, surroundings and meals in their dining room. If I had to give any critique it would be the intrusion of the balcony lights on all night, seeping into the room for those of us that need absolute darkness when the curtains are pulled. Apart from that...5/5! Definitely going back with an eye mask."
"Breakfast was a small buffet but everything was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were lovely, however they didn’t mention that everytime we asked for a coffee thinking it was part of the buffet breakfast that there were additional charges. The executive room itself was clean and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The pool was also very clean."
"The signage like name of the hotel should have lights at night. Else, it would be easy to miss the entrance.
It's just good for sleeping over. Would had been good if they have food to offer. "
"The staff were really nice and made up feel very welcome. We were a bit disappointed about the room because it looked quite rundown. The mirror on the wall had a big crack right across it, the kettle for making a cup of tea or coffee, which they had in the room for us to use, was filthy inside, and even after trying to clean it for ages, I couldn't get all the dirt off it, which isn't the end of the world, but the cleanliness of the room was what let it down. The toilet and shower area particularly was dirty. There were hooks attached to the back of the door of our room, which we were meant to hang our clothes on. We had brought our clothes on coat hangers so that was not a problem, but space was very limited when only 5 hooks were on the door but only 3 could hold the hangers as two hooks were broken. We had dinner there the first night and the food was good and the service was fine. The Bar was good and they had a band playing for part of the night and they were entertaining. There were some shops nearby which we enjoyed looking in. That's about it. Friendly staff but the room let the place down. They need to make sure the cleaners are doing a much better job than they are doing at the moment!"
