"The overall stay was ok Bar staff were inexperienced and during the day overstretched as they appeared understaffed The insulation/ soundproofing in the room on the 3rd floor was totally inadequate Every footstep from above and even phone alarms from adjoining rooms were clearly audible Food was good and cleanliness excellent Pool area also good "
