"It was difficult to find the first time. Probably more my GPS fault than anything. Once arrived, I had to walk around the area to find my lodgings. GPS said "you have arrived" well, that wasn't good enough. I walked around till I found it. I slept in the twin bunk room. The bottom bunk bed was very uncomfortable. "Glad of the 'pack up breakfast' but sad that full breakfast it is not served before 07-30. Front bedroom with minimal curtains that just closed and beware of traffic noise if trying for an 'early night and early rise'. "We very much enjoyed our evening here. Our budget friendly room was on the 3rd floor, but there was a small lift to help with luggage. Our room was lovely, although a bit warm, and the bathroom was large. We had nice reqding chairs and windows that overlooked part of the garden. Staff was lovely!"
