"First of all I got to my hotel I went inside with all my belongings there's a poster stating they're doing renovations to go across the street to a different hotel as they were accommodating us and the quality inn buzzer was going off like an alarm I go to my hotel across the street I go in the bathroom the light is flashing flashing flashing I go to use the hair dryer after I washed my hair and it didn't work it was broken had to curl my hair wet I had something I needed to plug in and I went behind the chair and bed and there was a ton of dust there was somebody's fingernail not sure if it was fake or not I didn't touch it the bed was wonderful the pillows were wonderful that's all I really needed but I think they need to clean their rooms a little better and get their faulty lights fixed"

"Our first room we were put in had a flooded bathroom. The front desk employee was helpful and got us into a new room promptly. The next morning the toilet would not flush in our room. My husband went to front desk to inform of this and was told there is a guest with a plugged toilet causing the plumbing issues and will not let them in so there is nothing they can do. My husband had to go to a gas station to use the bathroom. We will not be staying here again. Just so everyone knows hot tub is still not in service."
