"Hotel bom e quartos excelentes, porém o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Informamos 3 dias antes sobre restrição alimentar da minha esposa (intolerância à lactose), porém não disponibilizaram nenhuma opção para ela. Avisamos novamente e no dia seguinte disponibilizaram apenas leite sem lactose. ..."
