"Das Personal beim Einchecken kaum bis gar nicht verstanden. Zimmertür hat sich nicht geschlossen von außen beim raus gehen. Fernseher der eine kaputt und der andere kam keine Sender rein. "It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section.
