"This was an excellent spur of the moment stop during our road trip through Norway. The rooms were clean and comfortable (heated bathroom floors were an added bonus). The staff were polite and amicable, provided excellent service and the breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel highly to anyone who needs a good place to stay for the night!"

"This was a very welcome relaxing hotel. The pool temperature was comfy warm - not too hot. My partner really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Our breakfast was amazing with the amount of choices available "

"We had a very nice 2 night stay in a cabin next to the lake. The proprietor greeted us, showed us the way to the cabin, told us where we could get dinner that evening, and came over the next morning to tell us that the road we planned to take to Geiranger to go on a fjord cruise was closed due to snow overnight. He was a wonderful host! The cabin itself was very nice, with a comfortable, albeit softer than we’re used to, bed. The bathroom had good water pressure for the sink and shower. No washcloths were provided, but this seems to be common in Norway accommodations. The clothes washer worked well. There was no clothes dryer, but a drying rack was provided. Our cabin was in a beautiful setting and we would stay here again if we ever visited this area of Norway again. "
