The rooms are a good size and they are very clean. The bathroom and toilet were newly renovated and very nice too. The reception staff were a bit slow and we had to wait for more than an hour to get our rooms ready, although we were there for check in time ,not earlier. The breakfast was okay,but not anything special.Overall a nice hotel.

Comfortable stay near Gloucester

Very nice hotel within easy reach of the M5 and Gloucester. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine with hot food, cereals and toast. Plenty of room in the car park and very friendly staff. Worked out well for a couple of days

Nice comfortable hotel

Great hotel, comfortable large room, warm and cosy. Limited choice for food which is not unusual for Holiday Inn Express but the menu is very limited. Staff were pleasant and helpful and breakfast was basic but OK.
