"Ble lovet wifi, vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin og mikro, men ingen av tingene fungerte. Stedet bærer preg av å ikke være ferdig. Veien til overnattingsstedet er humplete og deler betong med metall som stikker opp. Gode sengen, men sovesofaen var ikke behaglig å sove i."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Dune Resort in Mielno sehr genossen! Die Anlage ist modern, gepflegt und liegt in perfekter Strandlage. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Rezeptionistin Natalia – sie war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen bestens unterstützt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!"

"Wir waren von dem Hotel enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde einem Vermittelt man wäre im Arka Medical Spa und erst nach Abschluss der Buchung war ersichtlich das dies nicht der Fall ist. Der Spa Bereich war nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar. Das Zimmer hatte kein Bett wie angegeben, sondern ein mehr als durchgelegenes Ausziehsofa. "It was excellent. I had last stayed there about 15 years ago, and the renovated rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. My only complaint is about the doors to the stairways- they slam consistently. Maybe try some doors that don't slam shut. Last night i had to sleep with earplugs in. "
