Największym rozczarowaniem było jednak SPA. Terminy na masaże są rezerwowane nawet z dwumiesięcznym wyprzedzeniem, przez co podczas pobytu praktycznie nie ma możliwości skorzystania z zabiegów. To zdecydowanie powinno zostać lepiej zorganizowane, ponieważ SPA jest przecież jednym z powodów, dla których goście wybierają taki hotel. Podsumowując: hotel, czystość i obsługa na plus. Śniadania i organizacja SPA zdecydowanie do dopracowania."
