"The property was centrally located and easy to find. Instructions were sent prior to check in.
Sadly, the condition was terrible. Bins left full, mould in the fridge and no working. Fans not working, bed hard..
The owner did swap this accommodation to a nicer property but it was very stressful on the first night. "

"It was very nice, with a Great location. Only issue, was the second bedroom, in the loft, had a extremely thin matress, (40mm), and was very uncomfortable . Other bed was good👍"

"When we arrived the whole apartment smelled of sewer, like there hadn’t been anyone in several weeks. After a few hours of running water intermittently and opening the window we could get the smell out.
There was both a dishwasher and a washing machine but nowhere to hang wet clothes to dry. Hanging them on the (turned off) towel dryer in the bathroom made the clothes not dry at all in 2 days as the bathroom was always very, very humid.
Other than that, the apartment was clean, everything...
