They dont care that guests are planning their time, the this company the customer is not imporant only thselves. "Overall location was good and it was quiet, despite that it is located in one of the most popular areas in the city. Everything was clean in the apartment. However there was couple of things that was not the best - 1/quality of mattress and bad overall is not super good and comfortable 2/ sofa was broken (however management warned me about sofa beforehand)"

"We had a wonderful stay with our two children. Ala from the house keeping team truly went above and beyond, she was warm, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was excellent too: breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spa and gym were both well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, a great experience and we felt very well looked after."
