"The room I received was ample but not what I ordered. The office did refund approximately $75 usd in Dong when I went to get my second day breakfast ticket. Since I shy away from Vietnamese food I only had coffee. Not much on Vietnamese coffee either really, much prefer Brazilian. All in all the facility worked out for the two nights I was there. "

"Review for Standard Double Room I recently stayed in a standard double room and had a mixed experience. The room and bathroom were smaller than I expected, which might be something to consider if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room or are staying for more than a few days. One small inconvenience was that the toilet paper was already half-used when I arrived, and extra was only provided upon request. There was also a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication slightly challenging at times. Also, no room cleaning was provided after a two day stay, as another reviewer had mentioned. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked, which was a big plus. I also appreciated that I was able to log into my Netflix account from the U.S. without any issues, which made unwinding in the evening more enjoyable. Overall, it's an OK option, especially if you're mainly using the room to sleep and don't need too much space or plan to stay long. I didn't really any other option around there while visiting family."

"The room was small and did not have any water bottles. The washroom didn’t have any partition between toilet and shower. The elevator was very small and could only hold one person with luggage. The staff was rude. There was no breakfast buffet. Only oriental noodles were available. "
