"Clean, accessible and value for money. "

"First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this involved getting out of car, going into the reception and driving to the basement which was off the main road. All in all, very inconvenient. We will not stay jere again. They did not include breakfast, considering the charges, over priced for services and amenities included. Bathroom was not vey clean. "

We highly recommend it. amazing sceneries very spacious resort if feels grand and luxury. The room was very specious bathrooms was huge excellent customer service services The staff are amazing Ms Steffi the duty guest experience manager was fantastic She was very helpful and she made our stay so much better. "Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. I'd like to thank Muskan for her amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Despite having challenges at the airport with the indigo disruption, she managed to arrange a pick up, put us in a very good room, made my wife's birthday very special by the beach and was always available for absolutely anything and everything that we needed. While the Property is great, it's the staff that take it to the next level so keep up the great work Taj. We look forward to staying at another Taj property very soon. "
