"Clean room. Nice view over river. Quite small but adequate and clean. Furniture a bit dated. Only 1 tissue in box. Shampoo and tea coffee provided. Bed comfortable. Bit cool on arrival but could turn up radiator. In all good value for location not far from train station. Town car park was cheaper nearby for our short duration. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. "

"Small clean room with a wet room that offers everything you need. Ideal for flights arriving late when onward travel is tricky and you just need somewhere to stop over, or if you have an early flight and want to board rested and fresh. Check in was via web browser, the secure link arrived via whatsapp 24 hours before arrival. It’s fiddly the first time, but if I used this brand of hotel again I’d know what to expect. Access to the hotel is direct from the South Terminal once you’ve cleared customs. It couldn’t be easier."

"The breakfast was a buffet and it was varied and plentiful. The rooms were clean, not noisy and after a little play with the settings i managed to copl the room down. The bathroom and shower area was tidy, modern looking and, again, clean. Bar was tidy, busier in the evening and food was good but i felt the breakfast much better compared to the evening options. "

"Best hotel in the area by a mile. Friendly staff (Jules on reception is a gem and Kuba on the bar makes a great Espresso Martini!). Breakfast is plentiful with great choices of hot and cold food. Rooms are lovely. Whenever we are in the area this is the only place we stay. Highly recommended. "

"The bathroom was dirty and had a foul smell because it was not cleaned after somebody else checked out. There was a sanitary pad rotting in the bin. We had to call reception at night to remove the bin. Very unfriendly staff too. They work in hospitality and should have a welcoming charater. Breakfast was ok "
