"The inside is well-kept and stylish. Especially the lobby, including its seating and dinning areas, are large and inviting. The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The Sauna and workout room on the fifth floor offered a nice view and spacious relaxation/fitness space."

"The suite itself was spacious and had several great features: a good coffee machine, a large soaker tub, big windows with effective light-blocking curtains, strong heating and air conditioning, and good overall lighting. Unfortunately, there were several issues that negatively impacted the stay. The bed was not very comfortable, and the sheets were noticeably rough and “loud,” making them unpleasant to sleep on. Cleanliness was also a concern, as there was hair from a previous guest tangled around the shower hose and visible dirty fingerprints on doors. The biggest disappointment, however, was the front desk service—specifically from Maxim. We initially had trouble operating the room safe. While he attempted to help over the phone, after continued issues he simply told us that they had many different types of safes and that we would have to figure it out ourselves, rather than offering assistance. On another occasion, I asked where I could get ice cubes. He told me I needed to go upstairs to the restaurant and request some there. When I spoke with the restaurant staff, they said they had no ice and seemed confused as to why I had been sent there. After returning to my room, I called the front desk again to ask where I could actually find ice, and Maxim responded rudely: “Maybe you can find them in America.” I’m extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed. The poor service alone would prevent me from recommending."

"There is a lot to like but equally a lot we disliked. For starters our Captain suite on the second floor doesn't overlook the river but looks out onto the restaurant build right in front. No blackout curtains means waking up when daylight hits the glass front. Noise is another issue, room doors do not close softly but slam shut, not good. Our upstairs 'neighbours' were clearly noticable, very annoying. Our fire alarm went off twice all because of a shower and I guess, my wife's hairdryer. Checking the bathroom extractor flow, almost nill.. I can summarize this by stating, no I will not book this hotel again.."

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if the sheets are actually getting cleaned or if what they’re putting on your bed. The staff was nice & changed our room but in the next room we noticed on the headboard, a random clip & used tissues. When we went to use the body wash in the shower, there was nothing & for 3 days no one bothered to check or refill it. The sink was also clogged & smelled, when we complained. They asked if the plug was pushed down we told them no & it smelled awful & there’s an obvious clog that wouldn’t allow the water to drain. When they went to fix it, they just pulled the plug up a little bit more It still was clogged & still stunk they really did nothing. We also went to the breakfast buffet in the restaurant at 10:45 AM. They happily took our almost €50and sat us down. We got our first little bit of food and started to eat & they told us the buffet was closing in 5 minutes.. they should have told us before taking our money & let us choose if we want to go or not. I would avoid this hotel!"
