"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Personal war freundlich. Doch das Hotel bräuchte dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Wir waren in einem warscheinlich ehemaligen Raucherzimmer untergebracht. Der Gestank war wirklich gar nicht schön. Kein Parkplatz vor Ort. "

"Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. "Nettes Personal, schöner rustikaler Restaurantbereich und netter Empfangsbereich. Unser Zimmer war allerdings teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem was die Türen und das Badezimmer angeht. Sehr kleine und alte Dusche, das WC war von der Höhe eher für Kinder geeignet. Mindestens beim Badezimmer wäre eine Renovierung angesagt"
