Classifico como razoável, infelizmente o staff deixa muito a desejar, são educados, mas pouco eficientes. A recepção demora muito para atender as chamadas dos hóspedes, inclusive, tive que descer e fazer o pedido no restaurante. O café de manhã é até as 10:30, cehgamos as 10:07 e já não tinha quase nada para servir, depois de muitas reclamações, fizeram reposição de alguns itens. A quantidade de alimentos oferecidos, não é suficiente para atender o numero de hóspedes e os pedidos demoram muito.

Incidente grave: um furto no quarto

Aconteceu um incidente muito grave: desapareceu uma chapinha de cabelo do quarto. O hotel reconhece que a chapinha estava no quarto. A explicação dada pelo hotel foi perguntar se deixei a porta do quarto aberta. Só há uma explicação : alguém do hotel com acesso ao quarto furtou a chapinha

Excelente hospedagem

A hospedagem foi muito boa! O hotel é bonito, limpo, o café da manhã é bem servido e gostoso, a piscina é aquecida, tem bons drinks. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e o restaurante é excelente! Só um acontecimento a noite que me assustou. A luz de dentro do quarto, na entrada do quarto, foi acessa 1h da manhã depois de um barulho do lado de fora do quarto o que me assustou bastante. Acredito que a camareira tenha ligado sem perceber ou ligado do apartamento errado. É importante orientar o(a) camareiro(a) para que isso não volte a acontecer.

O hotel cobra muito pelo que é. O banheiro não estava muito limpo. Tinha um baita fio de cabelo no piso. Dava pra escutar o barulho do elevador toda vez que ele era acionado. As persianas não isolam bem a luz.
