Foi uma das piores experiencias. A atendente Bruna deu um show de horrores devido eu ter exigido manobrar meu próprio carro, os quartos estao degradados, com as paredes sujas e ocobertor do quarto, parece um pano de chao todo rasgado....vou parando por aqui

O hotel é imundo, o box com gordura grossa, mofo no banheiro do box, paredes sujas! O básico é higiene e não há o básico.

Boa relação custo/benefício.

O estabelecimento é localizado em uma das principais avenidas do Centro de Goiânia, não muito distante do Terminal Rodoviário da cidade. As acomodações são limpas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito farto e sortido. A relação custo/benefício é excelente. No entanto, a acomodação já necessita reparos, tendo em vista a existência de infiltrações na parede. Outro ponto negativo são as conversas das camareiras em alto volume no corredor desde o início da manhã.

Minha experiência foi decepcionante. O ar-condicionado do quarto ligava e desligava sozinho durante a madrugada, e não funcionava à noite, o que me fez ter noites de sono muito ruins. Informei o problema na recepção e enviaram um manobrista para “verificar”, mas ele não fez absolutamente nada. Também não disponibilizavam toalhas e cobertor no quarto — precisei descer pessoalmente para buscar, já que não levavam. Além disso, era bem difícil conseguir atendimento por telefone, precisei ligar várias vezes até alguém atender. Atendimento fraco e falta de organização.

Já fiquei várias vezes,no hotel mais o que está me deixando a desejar é que sempre que eu vou sempre o mesmo café da manhã não tem muitas, vadiações opções de escolher fique da última 3 dias os 3 dias as mesma coisas, acho que o hotel devo rever mais este ponto .
